Jacque R. Wilson focuses his practice on all areas of intellectual property law.  He advises and assists clients in intellectual property licensing, freedom to operate, patent and trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation, software agreements and the intellectual property matters unique to small businesses as well as mergers and acquisitions.  He gained significant experience in the intellectual property aspects of procurement, litigation, opinions and valuation during his time as an associate at the Ice Miller law firm and an Associate General Counsel in the patent department at Zimmer, Inc.

Mr. Wilson's experience and knowledge of complex intellectual property matters and related business issues help him exceed client standards as a trusted adviser integral to their operations.
